Description

Aged 40, Peter Wright ran his first marathon. The fuse was lit and his passion for endurance challenges took him to the world's most inhospitable environments, raising more than £100,000 for charity. Then, nearing 50, came the ultimate test: rowing the Atlantic Ocean. This book shows why age is no barrier to pushing beyond your imagined limits.
