About the author

Jeff Holmes is the author of 17 books, including a dozen on his beloved Glasgow Rangers. Subjects include Mark Walters, Marco Negri, Davie Meiklejohn and legendary manager Jock Wallace. During a 25-year journalism career he has covered games at every ground in Scotland. His book on Marco Negri was shortlisted for 'Best Overseas Autobiography' at the 2016 Cross British Sports Book awards.
