About the author

Bobby George has teamed up with long-time friend Dave Bracegirdle to tell his story. Perhaps best known as a football reporter on Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday and as a county cricket commentator for the BBC, Dave was delighted to commentate on Bobby's matches in the 'League of Legends' for Setanta Sports in 2008. Dave's previous Pitch releases are the autobiographies of cricketers Franklyn Stephenson and Luke Fletcher.
