About the author

Rob Watson played rugby league as a kid, coached it as an adult and loves to write about it. This is his second book after Spirit of '55, which charted his hometown team Warrington’s quest to become champions again. He would love rugby league’s popularity to increase in the UK and worldwide, and that is why he wrote this book. He has a master’s degree in creative writing and has written many articles on sport.
