About the author

Neil Palmer is a freelance writer from Bristol. Top Man is Neil's 12th book and his fourth with Pitch Publishing. It follows hot on the heels of two other Bristol footballers’ biographies: Life with the Robins and Beyond: The Geoff Merrick Story and He's Here, He's There: The Gerry Gow Story. Neil is married with two grown-up children.
